  1. By using www.assetslink.com.my website (Web Site) owned by Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia Berhad (SME Bank), you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms of use governing the Web Site and to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
  2. No part of the Web Site and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or any commercial purpose without SME Bank’s express prior written consent.
  3. You may not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic devices, algorithm or methodology, or any similar manual process to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Web Site or any of its content, materials, documents or information.
  4. The Web Site is provided for your information or reference only to assist you on buying and selling of assets but not limited to property, real estate, vessels, motor vehicles or any other types of assets (Assets). Content is not intended and constitute as professional or investment or legal advice and shall not be relied on as a substitute for consultation with a professional consultant or practitioner of the relevant field.
  5. Any links to other websites found in the Web Site are provided for users’ convenience only. SME Bank do not guarantee the credibility or accuracy of any information available through the links users will find at the Web Site. Nothing contained on the Web Site should be construed to constitute an approval, recommendation or endorsement of any services, products or websites by SME Bank. SME Bank shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such information, content, goods or services available on or through any such sites.

Any listing, name, content, material of any merchants or any professional firms found on the Web Site does not constitute any endorsement, recommendations or referral of such persons or firms by SME Bank. In deciding to engage any professional persons or firms you should conduct your own independent study, research or inquiry and shall refrain from relying on materials found herein the Web Site solely.
  7. Users are to take into account that transmissions on the internet are not conclusively confidential. Any information that a user is transmitting is therefore transmitted at the user’s own risk.

    1. Prospective buyers are advised to obtain a copy of the terms and conditions of the sale and to inspect the Assets and conduct and rely on their own searches, enquiries, investigations and verifications on the accuracy and correctness of the particulars and information provided and to seek their own professional advice in regards to the sale.
    2. The Web Site makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the accuracy or the actual condition of the Assets nor the particulars of such Assets. All prospective buyers should also note that any Assets listed as available for sale herein is subject to the terms and conditions of sale for the specific Assets (which has been or will be advertised accordingly or will be made available upon request, as the case may be) and that any of the Assets may be at any time withdrawn from sale in the Web Site without any prior notice being given or for any reason whatsoever.

The terms of use of the Web Site may be revised, amended, varied and/or changed from time to time without liability to SME Bank which such revisions, amendments, variations and/or changes may or may not be posted for whatsoever reason on the Web Site which will be made effective immediately. By using the Web Site, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such revisions, amendments, variations and/or changes.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SME Bank and any of its affiliates or related entities and the officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents of each of them from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs, including, but not limited to legal fees, arising from your use of the Web Site services, your violation of the terms of use or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The terms of use will inure to the benefit of SME Bank’s successors, assigns and licensees.
